Using PieShell’s Branding to Help Market Your Project
PieShell’s logo is clean and simple. It is available for your use in various formats – all easily downloadable from here. You will find:
jpeg, color and black
png, color, black and white
Here are some things to remember when using PieShell’s logo:
The full-color logo should be used whenever possible. For cases where an alternate is required, please use the black and white version that we’ve shared.
The PieShell logo should not be rotated or distorted.
No special effects should be added to the logo.
Do not change the colors in any way this includes inverting them.
Do not knockout the logo over photography, that is, place it over a photo without a background.
Do not add a tag line other than ours with PieShell’s logo
We, of course, will show your logo and brand materials the same respect!
We have also provided you PieShell’s “contribute” button, downloadable from the same link above as .AI, .PDF and .JPG files. You can use these in many places, but ideally on your webpage with a link directly to your PieShell project page. That URL will be provided prior to your launch, but do not share until after you actually go live.

What People are Saying

“PieShell fills a space that’s fundamentally crucial in the food world. So many great companies have floundered because they couldn’t get investment capital early on.” - Ian Kelleher, Peel'd Snacks
“For promising food businesses that are ready to move up the first few rungs of the growth ladder, there's no better platform than PieShell." - Rob Ness, Angel Investor and Startup Advisor
Cheryl Clements – Founder + CEO of PieShell
For PieShell founder Cheryl Clements, food is personal. It’s about connection. Growing up, Cheryl spent summers helping her mother run a pie-making business. Aptly named The Pie Shell, it was headquartered where all good startups begin: the family’s basement. It was from her mother that Cheryl learned what it takes to build a successful food operation, but more than that, she learned how communities grow around the food that people share. A few years ago, when Cheryl embarked on her own food venture, she saw a crucial need for a crowdfunding platform that addresses the unique challenges of food and beverage entrepreneurs.
